The Wild Thyme studio apartments on Waiheke are modern with private rooms and suites. Wild Thyme is conveniently located in Little Oneroa and is the perfect base for your next island adventure. So much thought has gone into creating each suite, and you can tell that the minute you pull up to the front gate.

When Bruce sat down with his architects to design the property, he wanted to create something that not only he could live in and enjoy, but areas that could be purpose-built for accommodation studios that would provide his family space and mod-cons when they came and stayed “overseas” (eg, Waiheke!). The family are spread far and wide these days so the units are available for booking for the majority of the year.

Rooms

Studio 1 – Deluxe King Suite
Private and quiet, situated in the west wing of the property, with stunning garden and sea views. The unit offers a contemporary interior and luxury touches. In winter you’ll enjoy under-floor heating in the bathroom and the addition of an electric blanket on the bed. In summer you can utilise the ceiling fan to keep cool. Your private balcony has it’s own outdoor furniture for you to relax on and you’ll find complimentary bathrobes and toiletries provided during your stay.

Studio 2 – One or Two Bedroom Deluxe King Suite
Large ground floor apartment-style suite with a gorgeous sea views plus your own private outdoor patio to garden. The unit offers a contemporary interior and luxury touches. In winter you’ll enjoy under-floor heating in the bathroom and the addition of an electric blanket on the bed. Your large private patio has its own outdoor sofas for you to relax on and you’ll find complimentary bathrobes and toiletries provided for your stay. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed whilst the second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed.
