All accounts have a static IP when they are created free email hosting and accounts upon request. Installation charges vary please fill in our customer form for a quote. A callout fee can apply if a technician has to visit you generally this is about $75 dollars plus equipment (if required).
Accounts can be suspended upon a monthly basis so if you are away for several months to half the year you can suspend the account and not pay any ongoing fees while you are away.
Just email support the date of your return and it can be automatically enabled as well at no cost
We also offer custom packages should your needs be a little different to our posted offerings.
